Corgi enters the Olympics

As the London 2012 Olympics approach, Corgi has commenced releasing a massive range of London taxis in Olympic livery.

The range will eventually encompass 40 taxis, all bearing artwork inspired by events in the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Each taxi is in 1:64 scale and is priced around £3.99.

The first four taxis to be released cover Rhythmic Gymnastics, Track Cycling, Judo and Wheelchair Basketball and the cars are suitable for ages three and up.

Further taxis will be released in groups of four every three months leading up to the Games, and each collectible box will come with facts about the relevant sport and an Olympic hologram.
