Model citizens from Revell

The Clone Wars are in your hands thanks to five new kits from Revell.

These fully painted Snap Model kits, rated as skill level 2, are easy to piece together and require no gluing or painting, so even young Clone Wars fans can soon have their ships ready for action.

Leading the charge are Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, each flying Jedi Starfighters.

These lightly armed vessels are too small for their own hyperdrives, hence the use of detachable hyperdrive booster rings (not included in these kits).

Each Jedi Starfighter is priced around £16.99 and has 28 parts, with an overall length of 205mm. They come with Obi-Wan and Anakin figures, respectively.

The Republic Gunship is available for ferrying clone troopers into battle and is also a powerful weapon in its own right, with laser cannons and a missile launcher on hand. The Revell model is comprised of 49 parts and measures 240mm when completed. It comes with six figures and is priced around £24.99.

The MagnaGuard Fighter is piloted by an IG-100 MagnaGuard combat droid. Designed to be personal bodyguards for general Grievous, the MagnaGuard droids and their fighters are highly respected adversaries. This kit has 32 parts and is 214mm long when finished. It is priced around £19.99 and comes with a single figure.

Finally, the V-19 Torrent Starfighter is a fast, highly manoeuvrable fighter which comes with a clone pilot. A total of 30 pieces go into its construction and it is 150mm long. It is priced around £19.99.
