Battle for the skies

Bladez Toyz Terminator vs Resistance Combat setThe new Terminator Salvation range from Bladez Toyz lets you choose sides in the ultimate battle between man and machines.

Kicking things off is the Terminator vs Resistance Combat set, featuring a sinister T-600 Skull Helicopter and a fierce-looking Human Resistance opponent. Each is armed with an infrared laser and can target its enemy while in flight – score three hits and your victim will spin out of control.

Crash-friendly blades mean you won’t wreck your copter when you crash, and the 10-metre range gives you plenty of manoeuvring space. The rechargeable Li-Po battery is good for eight minutes of action per charge and the remote control handset features battle sound effects.

The Terminator vs Resistance Combat set is priced around £59 and you can also buy each copter separately for around £30 each.

Bladez Toyz Terminator Target SetThe Terminator Target Set (around £49) allows up to three helicopters to brush up on their accuracy (one helicopter is included). With battle sound effects and targets that flash when hit, you’ll need to hit all the targets to disarm the Terminator.

When you’re ready to move up a level, the Ultimate Resistance Combat Helicopter (around £49) is ready and waiting. With six-way directional control, search lights, a working infrared laser gun and sound effects, it’s ready to teach those machines a thing or two. Unfortunately, the machines are more than capable of hitting back, matching up with the Terminator Hunter Killer (priced around £40).

Bladez Toyz Ultimate Resistance and Hunter KillerWith the same 10-metre radius as the smaller models, the Ultimate Resistance and Hunter Killer models can also shoot each other out of the sky over and over again – and you even get stickers to decorate your copter and celebrate your victories.
