Ticks Tacks Toes is Learning Resources’ new spin on the classic three-in-a-row game. Rather than noughts and crosses, you get game pieces representing ticks, tacks and toes, with players trying to put together three-in-a-row strings on the board to win tokens.

It sounds easy, but your opponents can pounce at any time to score points off your moves. The winner is the player with the most tokens at the end of the game. For two to four players aged six and up, Ticks Tacks Toes is priced around £20.
