It’s a Stack Up!
John Crane has launched two new educational toys in its Branching Out! and TOLO lines.
Stack Up is a colourful stacking system comprising 10 building blocks. Each block is decorated with an animal character – zebra, giraffe, dolphin, penguin, elephant, monkey, hippo, frog, lion and bear.
Ordering and construction are encouraged as children can stack the blocks or enjoy imaginative play with the animals and there’s a strong mathematical element as well, as each block also bears a number and a corresponding number of animals. Stack Up is priced around £25.
From TOLO comes the Silly Shapes Activity House. The friendly aliens just happen to be the right shapes to fit through the holes in the sides of the activity house, and the bright colours and soft fabrics will attract plenty of attention too.
