Vincent toys

This is a bit further off than most of our ‘Coming soon’ stories, but fans of the Backland Studio character Vincent may soon be able to buy toys based on the loveable one-eared bear.

Licensing deals for Vincent are a hot property at the moment, with Izziwotnot recently signing up to produce bedding. The intriguing news, however, is that Dublin-based animators Boulder Media are in talks about a possible animated series. If that comes to pass, you can bet Vincent toys won’t be far behind.

“Having Izziwotnot on board is great news and there is more to come,” said Backland owners Ged and Kaely Backland. “We only launched Vincent last year but he is already attracting huge amounts of interest – this bear is going places!’
