Super WHY! toys

Super WHY! has been a big hit since launching on Nick Jr. and a range of merchandise will soon be with us after Bulldog Licensing picked up the rights to the animated show.

RC2 has already signed up to produce toys for the UK and if licensing deals in the states are anything to go by we will also be getting books, t-shirts and dress-up clothing.

Super WHY! aims to teach reading basics to children between three and six and revolves around a team of superheroes. Spelling, word usage, pronunciation, writing and phonics are all dealt with in an entertaining way.

“The show is already phenomenally popular over here,” said Bulldog Licensing MD Rob Corney. “Pre-schoolers love it and parents are happy for them to watch it as it helps them understand words and reading. The licensing potential for this property is absolutely huge and we are expecting great things from Super WHY!”
