The Millennium Falcon flies again

We’ve seen thousands of spaceships over the years, in hundreds of sci-fi films, but every now and then one stands out from the crowd. The Millennium Falcon is one such craft and Hasbro has brought us a loving recreation of the “fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy”.

Measuring an imposing 75cm in length, this hugely detailed model comes complete with its inseparable crewmembers, Han Solo and Chewbacca, and it has room for up to 16 more action figures.

Light effects, missiles, engine sounds and movie sound effects are all included in this iconic craft. The Star Wars Legacy Collection Millennium Falcon is priced around £149.99.

Also new, and tying in with the release of the new film Star Wars: The Clone Wars on August 15, is the AT-TE transport. This six-legged vehicle is two feet long and can carry 20 clone troopers into battle (it comes with one to get you started).
