History lessons

Galt continues its theme of ‘History with the nasty bits in pieces’ with two new additions to the Horrible Histories jigsaw range. Angry Animals and Putrid Pirates are both 300-piece puzzles, measuring approximately 47cm x 67cm when completed.

Angry Animals depicts enough wildlife to stock a zoo. There are hungry hyenas devouring an antelope, a cobra rather bravely taking on an elephant and a smattering of humans in varying states of peril.

In Putrid Pirates we see two ships engaged in deadly combat, with swashbuckling aplenty and lots of gore. There’s also plenty of humour (one of the pirates is exclaiming “I can never find anything I want at the sails!”)

Each puzzle comes with a leaflet and is priced around £7.99.
